 About Me

General background 

Hello everyone that comes across and see this blog. My name is Monyda In but you can call me Nyda. I don't usually have a nickname since all my friends just called me Mnyda or in the chat they usually write Md. I was born on February 2006 making me 18 years old this years. I am Cambodian since I was born in Siem Reap, Cambodia which is one of the popular destination in Cambodia. There are 4 members in my family including my mom, dad, me and my sister. I am the oldest child as I have a younger sister whose age around 14.

Growing up I am more of the introvert type but not one hundred percent introvert I also enjoy socializing with people depending on their impression toward me. When hanging out around my friends I am talkative so it is depending on the people I am with. I used to also take a personality test as turn out I am an ISTJ which I don't really know lots about MBTI. I am kind, friendly, hard working but sometimes also lazy. My favorite colors are green, black and white. My favorite movie is Jumanji since I have rewatch it about 2-3 times now.  I love buying lips products but rarely use them.

Hobbies and free time

About my hobbies and what I like to do during my free time it is depends on my mood. I usually just play my phone and scrolling through Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and chatting with friends and family. Other than that I also start reading books on my free time to make  myself feel more productive. There are some activities that I also do including watching movies or series, hanging out, going to cafe, playing games and more. Recently, I discovered I love listening to ghost telling show which I can listening during my works or while  I am eating which I found really addicting to listen. Sometime I go and play badminton with friends but it is very exhausting. I like watching sunset and the beautiful sky and taking pictures of it. Spending time with my friends is also one of my favorite things as we chitchatting, eating and a little drinking sometimes. Overall I enjoy doing a lot of things in my free time. 

Academic experiences

Talking about my academic journey I was in the same school all throughout first grade to twelve grade. I studied in Future Bright international school in Siem Reap. From first grade to the ending of twelve grade it was a memorable experience I made a lot of friends,

learned new things, made mistakes and everything but overall it was one of my best memories. I also gotten what I always worked hard for in my twelve grade which is getting A on my national exam. During that time I studied twelve hours a day and six days a week. During weekend also studied for about four or five hours. I was very determined at that time but all my hard work had paid off. I received a lot of great things after the result especially making my family proud but not for long I was stressing about what major to study next. I don't really know myself or what I like so after a lot of consideration I decided to come to Thailand to pursue my study further at Abac. I was major in interior design at first but I feel like it is not what I want what I enjoy doing I mean I did well but I don't exactly like it and I get a lot of stress during that time. So I changed to Business English since I really enjoy learning language. I determine to study hard and to have a good future that is ahead of me.
